In order for GlobeServe to be fully self-supporting and self-sustaining, the Ministry has entered into some projects to make this dream a reality
GLOBESERVE VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE
especially, women develop skills to support themselves and their families. Skills such as dressmaking, tailoring, embroidery, crafts, batik tie and dye and business are taught in the School in two to four years. Presently, students are undergoing shoe and bag making as courses in the Institute. At the present, fourteen (14) girls are enrolled. There are five (5) permanent members of staff in the School from various fields of expertise.
As part of GlobeServe's outreach vision, the Frauenshuh Preparatory School was in March 2000 established at Adidome in the Volta Region of Ghana. The purpose of this school is to provide within walking distance an opportunity for children to grow and study in a well-defined and organized Christian environment. This will serve as a way to influence the future generation, and also to reach out to the current generation of adults through their children.

As part of a ministry to GlobeServe-Ghana, GPI exist to help small denominations and independent evangelical Churches in West Africa get involved in missions, to recruit, train, and send African missionaries to the least reached in West Africa. GPI currently works in Togo, Ivory Coast, Benin, and working to respond to invitation to Senegal.
