In this critical hour of the Church’s mission, I am on a dual assignment that I believe is essential for fulfilling the Great Commission across West Africa. My focus is to train and equip fellow ministers to understand the power of collaboration and to embrace the vision of Kingdom networks. These are strategic partnerships that lead to sustainable disciple-making movements among the unreached.
Too often, the work of ministry becomes isolated. It is marked by individual effort rather than shared vision. But the model Jesus gave us is one of unity, teamwork, and multiplication. In John 17, Christ prayed for His followers to be one so that the world would believe. This divine unity is not just a theological idea. It is a missional necessity.
Our region is home to many unreached people groups. These are men, women, and children who have never heard the Gospel or seen a living example of Christ’s love in action. Reaching them will not be achieved through isolated ministry efforts. It requires us to come together across denominations, across borders, and beyond our comfort zones to build Kingdom networks that operate in shared purpose and mutual support.
This dual mission to train and to network is about equipping leaders with the mindset and tools to not only strengthen their own ministries but to think and act beyond their walls. We must shift from competition to collaboration. From churches focused only on attendance to communities focused on making disciples. From inward-looking programs to outward-reaching partnerships.
In every training session, regional dialogue, and mentoring opportunity, I carry this message. Collaboration is not optional. It is strategic. It is Kingdom. When we partner intentionally, we will see a growing movement of disciples who go and make more disciples, especially in places where the light of the Gospel is yet to shine.
To all who have labored with faith and perseverance in the Lord’s vineyard, I say thank you. Your dedication is building something eternal. Let us not grow weary. Let us press forward together.
The harvest is plentiful in West Africa. And together, through collaboration and Kingdom-minded partnerships, we will see growing disciples among the unreached. All for the glory of our King.
