A celebration of hope, transformation, and purpose unfolded in the Bumbongayili community as 45 young women proudly graduated from the GlobeServe Vocational School. These graduates, now equipped with sewing machines and start-up accessories, are not only prepared to launch their own businesses; they are disciple-makers ready to bring Kingdom transformation to their communities.
The graduation ceremony marked more than the end of training; it launched a movement of women-led change grounded in both skill and spiritual conviction. As each graduate received her sewing machine, accessories, and blessing from the community, the atmosphere was filled with gratitude, tears, and joy.
Rev. Samuel A.K. Dunya, Founder of GlobeServe Ministries, shared:
The GlobeServe Vocational Training Institute in Yendi is part of GlobeServe Ministries International’s broader mission to empower women and build communities through faith-based vocational education.
Rooted in Ghanaian values that respect family, village life, and womanhood, the institute offers hands-on training in:
Dressmaking & Tailoring
Entrepreneurship
Biblical Discipleship & Life Skills
Community Leadership
The school focuses on equipping girls from rural and underserved areas to earn a living, build strong families, and contribute meaningfully to society; all while carrying the light of the Gospel.
Vocational skills training in rural Ghana is more than a career path — it is a lifeline. Many of the girls who graduated in 2025 had limited access to formal education or sustainable income sources. With GlobeServe’s support:
These tools give them a head start toward financial independence, community leadership, and gospel witness in some of Ghana’s most remote communities.
GlobeServe Ministries believes empowered women transform villages. By placing vocational schools in areas like Bumbongayili, the ministry supports sustainable community development, targets youth unemployment, and ensures that spiritual and economic empowerment go hand in hand.
This holistic approach nurtures:
Dignity and purpose in young women
Strengthened family units
A reduction in poverty cycles
Increased evangelism and discipleship in unreached areas
To all our donors, churches, and friends across Ghana and abroad — this success is yours too! Your prayers, support, and resources are creating real stories of impact in Yendi and beyond.
“To God be all the glory — great things He keeps doing!”
From Bumbongayili to every corner of Ghana, these 45 graduates are now ambassadors of transformation — threading dignity, faith, and hope into their families and communities.
They are living proof that vocational training + discipleship = lasting change.
