EXPONENTIAL DISCIPLE MAKING IN RWANDA

Wonderful time with brothers and sisters of the Body of Christ in Rwanda who are committed and passionate to take the Church to where it is not in East Africa.

Thank you for your prayers for the successful Exponential Disciple Making Seminar held in Nyamata.

Some facilitators that joined in with Rev. Samuel were, Dr. Sunday A. Adepoju and Mama Angela.

The reason of the movement is nothing but the Movement of the Great Commission.

The end goal is to see the knowledge of the glory of the Lord fill the earth as the waters cover the sea.

TIME WITH RODNEY AND ROSEMARY MACGEE

It was an amazing time welcoming Rodney and Rosemary to Ghana and having them lead some members of the head office staff and some Pastors through an empowerment session.

They sensitised participants on the need to continually reach the unreached areas whiles encouraging members to demonstrate love and peace in working as a team. It was indeed insightful and fulfilling.

A VISIT TO THE GLOBESERVE CHURCH IN GBINTIRI (NORTHERN GHANA)

Rev. Samuel Dunya and our amazing partners from the U.S – Rodney and Rosemary Macgee, took a trip to Gbintiri to encourage the church to continue to abound in their good works.

They spoke on the theme ” LET THE NATIONS REJOICE!” and dedicated prayers for the next generation of Disciples/Leaders who will spearhead the start of more Churches and make further Disciples for Jesus Christ. Pastor Solomon Japol and his team of leaders have seen over 5,200 people reconciled to the Lord and are radiating the glory of t h e Lord among their People Group. This can only be God! We praise the Lord for reproducible Disciples Making and the resultant multiplication of Churches.

Thank you partners and dedicated Missionaries and Pastors for taking more territories and advancing the glory of the Lord here, near, and far.

JOURNEY INTO OUR MONTH OF JUSTICE

GlobeServe stands in unison to make God’s kind of justice visible through practical love, as seen in the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. As God’s children, we must say something when we see acts of injustice. We should endeavour to act justly and tangibly for God’s glory to be made known amongst all peoples and languages. Justice can not be justice apart from God, and we can also not fight injustice in the name of Justice. There are many possible foot paths leading to a village, but there is only one way we can make God and His justice relevant and Christ so personable.

It must be the only path of making tangible God’s amazing love and heart of justice for humankind by serving the least of these.

SPREADING THE TANGIBLE LOVE OF CHRIST WITH THE PEOPLE OF YEJI

As part of GlobeServe’s initiative to act justly and tangibly, we take annual visits to the Yeji (Bono East Region) township to extend God’s love in our own small way. Yeji is one of such places known for child slavery hence we present the transforming word of God to the chiefs, families and natives of the land and distribute clothings, dewormers and treated nets.

This year, a seven member team was delegated and they had the opportunity to be a blessing to 3 communities in Yeji. (Dzatakpo, Avokope, Ayimaye)

Below is a breakdown of the items presented.

  • Dewormers for Adults = 506

  • Dewormers for children = 505

  • Mosquito Nets = 800
