This June, GlobeServe Ministries International marked its 29th anniversary with the compelling theme: “Sustaining the Vision with DETERMINATION!” Founded by Rev. Samuel A.K. Dunya and his wife Jonhild on June 3, 1996, GlobeServe has grown from humble beginnings into a thriving force in West Africa, committed to transforming lives through biblical disciple-making .
Rev. Dunya’s vision centers on “making reproducible disciples that multiply the Church” — a mission realized through holistic outreach: church planting, theological training, education, vocational empowerment, and community-led social initiatives. At its heart are core values: Bible-based teaching, evangelistic outreach, strong discipleship, stewardship, and Christ‑honoring lifestyle .
Bright moments in GlobeServe’s 29-year journey:
Church Planting & Evangelism
Through efforts like MOVE‑2025, new church plants in Tugenk, Houo, Boumanye, and more have reached remote communities. In Houo and Boumanye alone, missionaries saw 86 professions of faith, while Tugenk hosted its first local church gathering.
MOVE‑2025 Initiative
A bold strategy: reach 250,000 people, plant 480 communities, and secure 40,000 salvations by decade-end. Already underway: 12 church planters trained, 119 house churches, and 31 established congregations formed by early 2025 .
GlobeServe Theological Seminary (GTS)
Equipping indigenous leaders to serve Ghana, Togo, Benin, and beyond. GTS combines Bible exposition, leadership training, and hands-on ministry practice, preparing students for pastoral and evangelical careers.
Education & Vocational Training
GT‑VETS (GlobeServe Technical, Vocational & Entrepreneurship Training School) offers practical skills and empowerment—launched in June 2025 to equip youth and adults for self‑reliant livelihoods
Impactful Community Projects
Ongoing investments include:
New church buildings,
Renovation of the Accra church,
Completion of a vocational school,

A vibrant social media flyer featuring Rev. Sam Dunya was released with the message: “29 Years of Disciple-Making.” The celebrations included thanksgiving services, leadership commissioning, and regional prayer gatherings.
